These are a digital product and there for we cannot issue a refund.

Q. What Is A "LUT”?
A LUTS is a color lookup file that applies color correction to your footage. Much like a how a preset works in Lightroom. LUTs can dramatically reduce your editing time and give your videos a professional look in a few clicks.

Absolutely! The idea behind a LUT is to quickly grade your footage with minimal added clicks. You will still have to adjust the exposure and temperature just like with Lightroom preset.
